David Bashford

David’s practice includes business and management side employment matters. On the business side, from company formation, equity considerations, mergers, and acquisitions, to capitalization/recapitalization, contracts, and the host of legal issues that arise during day-to-day operations. On the employment side, from issues related to hiring, employee policies, manager training, and terminations, to the plethora of applicable state and federal laws and regulations, charges of discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage claims.

During his years as in-house corporate general counsel, David developed a practical approach that centers on direct information and advice, with a focus on timely insights, creativity, judgment born of experience, and the value of durable relationships.
