Chris Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in complex commercial litigation in courts across the nation.  Chris is a litigator that actually tries cases, whenever necessary, and has secured victories in state, federal and administrative settings in jurisdictions across the country.  Chris is an aggressive litigator, while always keeping the priorities and goals of his client first and foremost.  Chris has extensive experience representing clients in general corporate litigation and class actions, including representing ABMS medical specialty boards across the country, accounting firm defense, product liability, unfair competition & false advertising claims, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and securities litigation.

Representative Matters
Shaywitz v. American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology: Lead counsel obtaining summary judgment verdict against a claim of discrimination under the ADA.
Rawdin v. American Board of Pediatrics (3rd Circuit Court of Appeals): Lead counsel obtaining a trial verdict against a claim of discrimination under the ADA. Argued the case on appeal before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In re Imergent Securities Litigation: Counsel for Grant Thornton in defense of putative securities class action; prevailed at district court which was affirmed on appeal before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Engel v. Novex Biotech (9th Circuit Court of Appeals): Successfully defended unfair trade practice putative class action against supplement company.
