His practice is focused on corporate and real estate law as he represents energy and natural resource companies in real property matters, electric generation and transmission projects, financing, acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, mineral title, corporate governance, public lands and permitting. He also represents aquaculture companies working on the Great Salt Lake.
